Technical data: IP address, user agent, and standard request logs for security and operations.

To route, transmit, and deliver your messages to the channels and carriers you request.

Payment processors (Stripe) — only to process your payments.

We retain account and message records as long as needed to provide the Service, satisfy billing and compliance obligations, and protect our legal interests. Opt-out records are retained to honor suppression requests.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed API keys, signed webhooks, and restricted access. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
