Get started free →We look at what you already hold for each contact — WhatsApp ID, email, or phone — and route in order of lowest cost: WhatsApp → Email → Email-to-SMS → SMS. SMS is only used as a fallback when nothing cheaper can reach them.
Yes. Every channel uses real providers (EdgeMail, BulkVS, Telnyx, SignalWire, Meta) and delivery is async with automatic retries and failover across carriers. We never trade deliverability for cost.
WhatsApp utility/service messages are free within the customer-service window; out-of-window marketing messages are billed per conversation by Meta. Our router accounts for real costs rather than pretending WhatsApp is always free.
